In order to click and send mail you must have your mail client setup.
Mail Clients such as Outlook Express, Outlook, or Windows mail.

The click email address option does not work with web based email. You will need to manually type in the email address to your web based e-mail program such as hotmail, gmail, or intrstar mail.
